Accredited AARJ Group Conference Convenor
Our first step is an explanatory appointment including assessment with each participant. If appropriate we move forward to a structured group meeting (s) where voluntary, respectful, restorative decision making, problem solving and planning can be reached and followed up on.
Experienced Convenors create a meeting format aimed to ensure all participants from young to old get a voice creating resilient and workable agreements and responses. Experienced in
